What to Avoid

Consumables that May Decrease Virility

Wholesome, natural foods can increase virility, but consuming unnatural foods and beverages can have the opposite affect. Consuming foods that are processed numerous times, refined to remove its natural color and density, or enriched to supposedly add minerals and vitamins have been found to decrease virility. It does not provide the human body with the necessary nutrients needed for the body to perform at its optimal level of performance.

Stimulants effect on virility

A variety of foods and beverages contain natural stimulants, such as caffeine, which can be found easily in coffee, tea, chocolate, and in some flavors of ice cream. Stimulants should be eliminated or decreased to approximately 300 milligrams per day from one’s diet, if well-maintained virility is desired.

Excessive intake of caffeine can reduce blood flow to the brain and testes from two to three hours. This false stimulation that is felt by consuming large amounts of caffeine is strictly adrenaline. This false stimulation increases the hormone levels of cortisol and adrenaline that in turn decreases virility by decreasing testosterone levels.

Results and opinions vary on whether caffeine is beneficial or harmful to virility. To be safe, always choose water. Water is the best source for replenishing the body. It’s natural and contains no added chemicals.

Alcohol consumption’s negative effect on virility

Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided as it can raise the levels of estrogen found in the blood of males. The rise of estrogen decreases virility by impeding hair growth, decreasing muscle mass and growth, and in developing swollen breasts that resemble a woman’s anatomy.

Alcohol also interferes with sperm production and maintenance, and is known to decrease sperm counts. Continual excessive consumption of alcohol can decrease the T-serum levels in males that cause impotence that adversely affects fertility. Alcohol can also can contribute to sperm abnormality (size and shape), which decreases its mobility and ability to create new life.

Overeating and its relation to virility

Overeating is defined mainly as eating without purpose; eating large amounts of food without awareness. People turn to food to combat depression, stress, anxiety, anger, boredom, or loneliness. It is an unhealthy practice that can sabotage virility. It contributes to an unhealthy state of being. Overeating leads to excessive weight gain that causes health problems that lead to a sluggish metabolism and lethargic energy levels. A decrease in energy inadvertently affects performance and virility. One can’t perform without sufficient energy input.

Correlation of virility and digestion

Foods that are enriched, processed, and refined may cause problems with the body’s ability to digest nutrients. These types of foods, such as white bread, white rice, donuts, cookies, etc., are high in simple carbohydrates. There is only a certain percentage of carbohydrates in a person’s diet that can be used by the body. The excess is stored as fat, and is known to increase constipation, which has been linked to decrease virility.

Increasing one’s awareness of how certain foods and beverages consumed can alter the body’s natural performance, can not only increase overall health, but can increase virility. Everything in moderation is the key in every aspect of overall health. There is no age limit to virility. There is only a limit to choices that one makes.
