Popular Foods Known to Increase Virility

Masculinity is partly based on man’s ability to procreate. An athletic body, strength, and stamina strongly influence this ability in acquiring potential mates. In essence it proves virility. Scientific research has shown that this innate desire is based on the chemical makeup of a man. It is what makes a man a man. No excuses, just pure DNA.

It can be depressing for a man, hurt a man’s ego, or even decrease his entire being and image of being a man, if he can not father a child. No matter what century we live in, procreation is part of humanity. Procreation is what makes the world continue generation after generation. Procreation allows man to pass on his traits, and sometimes wealth and accomplishments, to our offspring. In many cultures this is very important; otherwise a legacy will die and not continue.

In today’s world where people are more conscious of health, nutrition, and longevity, it is not a shock that one would turn towards food to increase one’s chances of being capable of producing healthy offspring. Returning to how man lived centuries ago with no expensive potions, just pure nutrition. A virile body can not be built without solid nutrition.

Mineral known to increase virility

Foods once rumored to increase virility have been studied by scientists, and may hold some truth to increasing virility. The mineral Zinc is known to increase the sex drive in both males and females. It is linked to increasing testosterone and thereby increasing male fertility by increasing sperm production. Zinc is lost more in males through ejaculation, so it needs to be replenished to keep fertility high.

To maintain optimal performance, a man person should consume approximately 15-20 milligrams of zinc daily. Some foods that are high in zinc include oysters (top food with 25 milligrams of zinc), shellfish, brewers yeast, wheat germ, wheat bran, pine nuts, and pecan nuts.

Antioxidants support virility

Lycopene is known for its powerful antioxidant properties, but is also essential in increasing and maintaining virility. Antioxidants have been found to increase the quality of semen, thereby increasing virility. Lycopene is mainly found in fruits and vegetables; however, the largest quantity is found in tomatoes. Watermelons, grapefruits, and papayas also possess antioxidant properties that assist in virility.

Amino acid’s role in virility

Arginine, an amino acid, plays a key role in virility. It is one of twenty amino acid building blocks of protein. This amino acid, in particular, has a direct relation to virility, as it maintains effective blood circulation in one’s extremities. Maintaining adequate quantities of this amino acid is essential in preventing male erectile dysfunction. It is found in high quantities in walnuts, as well as in almonds.

Longevity and the ability to procreate are enhanced by being attentive to how you fuel your body. There is no escaping the consumption of wholesome foods. The closer a food source is to its natural source, the more potent the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants. The closer a food is to its creation; the better it is for your body in all aspects of living a healthy and abundant life. Living life to one’s fullest potential.
